Last Sunday was the hottest day in Perth and surrounds since last March, even so it was worth the drive to Midland to see the stunning open garden at Hillman House. The house itself has been part of Midland's history since the 1840s, though the gardens are very new, having been almost totally replanted over the past 5 years.
