Exercise??

Went for a walk this cool Monday morning  and noticed a variety of possible activities that were available just down the road.

Now this might not suit everyone, but have you ever thought of being an acrobat; well here is the perfect oppotunity.











Ok so it's not everyone's idea of a fun activity.....so maybe this is more you....................

Well what about some cricket practice; these nets look inviting............hm maybe not the right season.  I've got it.... what about a game of rugby...there are at least three areas with rugby goals.....all with river views.

There is even a place for the kiddies to play.

Hmmm.....of course you may need a bit more concentrated exercise.  Even that's covered.

Wait......... hang on I haven't finished yet.  What about something a little more sedate?

Got just the thing..........

The Atwell Art Gallery, painting, pottery etc.......... Yes or .........

you could just do what I do take a walk and ...........admire the view.
