Someone's dream.............................becoming reality?

Will the official opening take place on its forecast date..........The"Perth Arena" should be open for business on 10 November 2012.  The Perth Arena has had alsorts of problems on its way to making its debut as Perth's premier entertainment and sporting venue.  

Its architectural style has caused major controvesy; there are those who love its avante garde, modernistic look and those who hate it with a passion. I am one of the former and think it will add a completely new dimension to Perth City.  Yes it has a look of Federation Square in Melbourne and that's maybe why I  like it. 

For me it says modern and proud, rather than like the Convention Centre on the Esplanade which says  modern, cheap, (which is wasn't) and don't look at me.


But as you can see there is still a long way to go ..............................
