Well these days most homes are air-conditioned, though for those that aren't the advise is to drink lots of water and place wet towels on strategic body parts.
I probably prefer the option below. The girls were having a ball. School holidays are lots of fun when you have your own backyard pool and Perth and surrounding suburbs have plenty of those.
