No, it is not the round ball game, but our own game of football. Aussie Rules Football, does just that, here in the West and over in Victoria, Australian Rules Football is king and today is the day of days, when after a 25 week season, the final game is played.
Hardly a car is moving, no one is outside, even though the day is picture perfect......where is everyone? You guessed it, sitting in front of the box, or should I say plasma watching two Victorian teams slog it out.
UNBELIEVABLE!!
After two and a half hours, the siren blew and the score........It's A DRAW!!
No extra time, no penalty shoot-outs.........they play the whole game again NEXT WEEK.
The players are absolutely shattered.........Wow, what an ending.
