I am so pleased that I made a swift decision and plunged ahead and phoned a fellow, 'Living Smartie', giving her less than an hour and a half to get ready.
The entrance hall was as warm and inviting as Jenny herself.
The back garden looked intriguing. Below us were two rotundas made of limestone blocks and corrugated iron. They had won, the best infill award a year or two ago and were currently being used as a home unit and art studio.
