Delicious desserts

These desserts were the final part of our three course meal. Total cost including a tea or coffee, $25.00.
Value for money...........quite difficult to find in Perth at the moment. So I was pleasantly surprised to find it at the Bentley Pines Restaurant, a training facility where would be chefs and wait staff are trained to a high level.


As part of this there is a fully functioning restaurant which produces meals of an excellent standard at a reasonable price. The restaurant operates each Semester and is open for lunch and dinner. Besides the silver service style restaurant they also run a Bistro which provides light lunches and snacks.

This desert was a chocolate basket filled with a mango mouse. Delicious!

Drinks were additional. I paid $6.50 for this Mohito, wine could be purchased for $5.00 a glass.
