A leisurely Saturday lunch was just what the Doctor ordered. Well actually my friend, Janine orchestrated it and it was certainly a therapeutic afternoon.
We were both, "Reported" out so sitting basking in the cool, winter afternoon sun eating a light lunch and enjoying a delightful shiraz was indeed exactly what was re
quired to recharge our very flat batteries.Wearing my "Masterchef" hat, I enjoyed my unusual lunch of fishballs and couscous with banana and tomato jus.
