Potato update
"Your potatoes are growing Miss", said one of the kids on my return. Certainly July rain had seen the potatoes put on rapid growth during my three weeks absence. The kids were really happy and talked about cooking baked and mashed potatoes.
I must admit I was pleased, but it was this wriggling worm that really bought a real smile to my face, as the soil had been badly degraded so seeing new evidence of a healthy environment made me very happy.
