Early Sunday morning while driving to along Hampton Road I took the opportunity to take a few photos of one of the most impressive looking buildings in Fremantle......the
Fremantle Arts Centre, initially an Asylum it has had a chequered career with many and varied uses. Hopefully it will continue to serve the community in its current capacity as an Arts Centre and a more recent addition as a small open air concert venue.

old for WA |
Inside there is an inviting garden with large leafy trees and a delightful courtyard cafe for early morning breakfast or later a delicious lunch. A mixture of jazz and blues was on offer for later that day.
