Blues - of the music variety

Impulses can lead to unexpected pleasure.  Last Sunday evening I found myself at a small, outdoor amphitheatre enjoying a free jazz concert funded by my local council, (albeit through my council rates).  The enticingly balmy evening brought an assortment of  like minded people together, many enjoying a picnic tea with a glass of wine as they listened to the polished musicians play many old favourties. A lovely way to complete the weekend.
